We all have heavy hearts this morning and on reflection we need to be so thankful for what Lou has achieved and the enormous contribution that she has made to our organisation. Lou and Meryl have been central to our band family and I know we will all be thinking of dear Meryl today. Lou put up such a long brave battle and we are so grateful for her huge involvement and friendship since joining us. Lou’s passing is a massive loss and our thoughts are with Meryl, her whanau and our band family.
